MorningStar of Rio Rancho

In May 2019, Confluent Senior Living delivered MorningStar of Rio Rancho in partnership with MorningStar Senior Living. The 70,863-square-foot development is situated on a 5.5-acre lot in Rio Rancho, a northern suburb of Albuquerque, and features 77 units for assisted living and memory care residents in a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom suites.

Confluent serves as the project owner and co-developer with MorningStar as the community’s operator.

The project broke ground in January 2018 and marks the twelfth joint venture between Confluent and MorningStar Senior Living. Rosemann & Associates was the architect for the new development, with Bradbury Stamm Construction as the general contractor and Thoma-Holec Design as the interior designer.
