MorningStar at Jordan Creek

Confluent Senior Living completed this senior living community in West Des Moines, Iowa in March of 2018. The 71,643-square-foot, two-story facility features 85 assisted living and memory care suites. The facility also features a mixture of studio, one- and two-bedroom suites ranging from 340-1,200 square feet.

The project represents the seventh joint venture between Confluent and MorningStar Senior Living, a fully integrated operator, owner and developer of exceptional senior living communities. Rosemann & Associates served as the architect for the new development, and Downing Construction was the general contractor.
