Clearwater Living at Tustin Legacy

Confluent Senior Living and Clearwater Living have entered into an Exclusive Negotiating Agreement (ENA) with the City of Tustin to lead the development of Clearwater Living at Tustin Legacy, an approximately 431,000-square-foot, distinctive luxury senior living community.

Clearwater Living at Tustin Legacy will set the new gold standard for luxury senior living in Orange County, California as a community that is uniquely designed to evoke a sense of familiarity with touches that reflect the surrounding 1,600-acre Tustin Legacy community. Indoor living spaces will segue seamlessly to outdoor living areas, providing a year-round connection to nature, the beautifully maintained grounds and spacious courtyards. A wide array of amenities will be offered including exceptional dining venues, fitness and wellness center, theatre, salon, rooftop lounge and pickleball. The apartments are open and bright with luxury finishes in a variety of sizes.

Clearwater at Tustin Legacy is planned to be sustainably designed and incorporate innovative and contemporary architecture from Orange County-based architect, HPI Architecture. The project partners dedicated a focus to sustainability through water management, renewable materials, air quality and solar power generation that will also be implemented throughout the design.

The community is anticipated to break ground in 2026.
