HarborChase of Evergreen Walk

Confluent Senior Living is currently developing a 111,951-square-foot assisted living and memory care community in Hartford’s northeast suburb of South Windsor, Connecticut. Marking Confluent Senior Living’s entrance into Connecticut, the state-of-the-art community will deliver 113 apartments available in one- and two-bedroom suites.

Anticipated for completion in the winter of 2020, HarborChase of Evergreen Walk will deliver 65 units for assisted living and 48 units devoted to the specialized care of residents with memory impairment.

The development will be located at 325 Buckland Road in South Windsor, situated a half-mile from The Promenade Shops at Evergreen Walk, a high-end, outdoor mall with specialty shops and restaurants, and one mile from The Shoppes at Buckland Hills, which features big-box retail, dining and entertainment.

The project broke ground in August 2019, marking the sixth joint venture between Confluent and Harbor Retirement Associates, a regional senior living development and management company.

Plunkett Raysich Architects, LLP is the architect for the new development and C.D. Smith Construction is the general contractor.
